Finally Back!

Okay after like a month or so of not updating this thing I felt it was about time. Okay well a few things have happened over that time.
1. Okay well one day I really, really wanted to play an FF game so I rebought FFVII and FFVIII. Which was about a month ago.
2. I didn't play any other games besides FFVII for two weeks.
3. I went to Idaho for 10 days.
4. I got a PSP and Lumines.
5. It was my birthday and got a bunch of FF memorabilia.
And well that's about it for now for the recap. Nothing very important at all.

Sly Cooper

Okay I got this game a couple of days ago and it is my favorite platformer of all time now. Thank you Sucker Punch for making a fantastic game. I'm 50% done in this game so far which I'm not too proud of because I've only played about 3 or 4 hours on it.

Final Fantasy VII

Okay well I'm on the second disc right after you fight that one Weapon. I don't remember which, but it is the one right when Shinra uses the Ray Gun thingy and blows up the shield around the place where Sephiroth is.

More Games Tomorry!

Well tomorrow I'm getting Psychonauts and Destroy All Humans for the Xbox and for once GameznFlix and actually shipped the two games I wanted the most! Yippee for them doing something right for a change.

Lumines

I forgot I've played this a little today. Well I have unlocked about 10 different skins and I think it is the best Puzzler ever. Which isn't saying all that much. I hated Tetris and well the only other puzzler I've played other then that is Puyo Pop and that wasn't all that great.

Well I'll try to update this tomorrow once I get Psychonauts and Destroy All Humans.

Red Dead Revolver

Okay well today I get Red Dead Revolver from GamezNFlix which ironically again was on the bottom of my list. But I have to say it is pure genius. I've loved every Western game I've ever played and this is my favorite. It's even gonna go on my top ten list. I don't know where though yet. I thought it was a FPS, but I'm glad that I found out it's a third person shooter. I really hope the Western Demo RockStar did for the PS3 is a sequal to Red Dead Revolver. It makes me really want Darkwatch and Gun though.

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time

Okay well on my crappy trip to Colorado I beat PoP. I loved this game, but I think it's funny how people say GoW is short when this game is 2/3 the length. I beat it in 6 and a a half hours.

Viewtiful Joe 2

Well I beat half a chapter on VJ2. Not that much really because I was way into PoP the whole time and the fact that I couldn't play that much games.

Metroid Prime

Well today I played MP for about a half an hour. Not that much really. All I practically did was get a Missile upgrade and that was all.

Area 51

Well today I played about an hour and a half of A51. I got my second alien power and it isn't nearly as effective as the first power however. I think I'm 3/4 done because I don't think it's that long of a game.

Colorado

Colorado blew. It sucked more then anything I've been on. I wish I could have stayed home. At least I got to drive a car for the very first time for about an hour. Since it was on a one laned private dirt road there were people leaving and they were coming down fast when I was going up there. 3 of them came zooming down and I had to swerve out of the way not to be hit.

Metroid Prime

Today I played an hour of MP and got out of the second area. It says I'm 11% done. I'm now in this new Lava/magma level. I'm really enjoying this game 500% better then what I thought I was. BTW it still should have been a third person shooter.

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time

Okay today and yesterday I've played around 4 hours for both days combined. It says that I'm 77% done. I got the 3rd sword that you can get and I hope there is another one because this sword still doesn't cut it in strength. I'm having a pretty fun time even though I hate fighting people in this game. This game would almost be perfect if you didn't fight anyone. Or if the battle system was better. Maybe it's better in Warrior Within. I'm checking that out in a month or so.

Viewtiful Joe 2

Today I played an hour and a half of VJ2. In that time I beat two chapters, 3 and 4. There also is a new power in it too. It's a Silvia exclusive. Instead of having fast there's this rewind mode thing. It does three times the damage that you do. So if you did it while zooming you could do 6 times the damage, but not very effective because well it's Silvia and Silvia is half as strong as Joe IIRC. There' s seven chapters in the game so that means that I'm almost halfway.

Area 51

Yesterday I got A51 and I've played about 3 hours altogether. I have to tell you that I like it alot better then what I thought I was going to. The story is great, the weapons are great and you can transform into a mutant. The only thing bad about it is the crappy controls. They are just like the Halo 2 controls, but I loved the first Halo controls so I was kinda pissed off about the controls.

War Of The Worlds

Yesterday I saw WoTW hoping to get a great adventure from Spielberg. Was I surprised. I loved it so much that I might go see it again. This my all time favorite movie and I absolutely loved it. I loved the ending the best though. SPOILER: I liked how the aliens just died from coming to Earth from disease and everything. Simply awesome.

Fourth Of July

Okay tomorrow my Mom is forcing me to come to Colorado with her, my sisters and my stepdad to California to go see my Stepdad's parents. I really don't want to go because a vacation I would love is to just be home with no one else, have no chores and just play video games and the comp all day. But since we will be staying at my Grandparents house I am taking my PS2 because it's small and I have two games that I'm playing on it.

Okay sorry for the two of you reading this that I haven't updated it for a week. I just have been playing way too many games in the past week.

Area 51

Last blog I said that I got A51 in the mail from GNF, but ironically it was scratched so I had to send it back in, but this time I am getting it on Xbox so I know I'm not getting the same copy.

Shadow Of Rome

Okay I got SoR last week from GNF and I really enjoyed the first ten minutes of the game because you were in the Coliseum and it was simply one of the best games at that time, but after that it just gets really boring. You have to play all of these stupid stealth missions with this little fuck that is a freaking panzy. So I just sent it back today and plan to get something else on Saturday.

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time

Yesterday I got PoP:SoT because I only beat it half way the first time I rented it. Which was from gamefly. Which was the game that I never returned and now have a fine. It says I'm already 50% done with it and I've only played about 4 hours. I also never knew that there were new swords that you could get in it. I plan to get Warrior Within within the next couple months so I can get PoP3 when it comes out.

Conker's Live and Reloaded

Okay Friday I bought Conker's Live and Reloaded and I really, really loved the Single Player which I beat on Sunday, but I tried the Multi player and I have to say that they screwed up one of the best components of Conker's Bad Fur Day. I loved the MP in BFD because there were so many different types of multiplayer. My favorite was Heist because there were 3 different teams trying to steal the money which was awesome, but L&R got rid of all of the multiplayer and added this new shit that I wouldn't accept for free alone.

Viewtiful Joe 2

Okay today in the mail from GNF I got VJ2 which I randomly got from GNF on my list (I'll tell you about that in a minute). It's alot like the original, but the coins are different and you can switch between Joe and Silvia at the same time which I'm very happy about. I like how Silvia has a gun in this one which helps alot. I also like that you just have to press R2 to switch them.

I'm not sure if that's all of the games I've played within the past week so Gilga if you remember anymore then please tell me so I can update it.

Metroid Prime

I just remembered this one before I posted it. Yesterday I also got MP hence the name of this whole post title. Before I didn't even want to touch it because it was a FPS and should be a third person shooter (It still should BTW). It was only $10 at Gamestop and since I had that much store credit left I bought it. I have to tell you that I was totally wrong two years ago because I was hating it because it was a FPS. In the past few months I've gotten acquainted with FPS because I finally tried Halo in January. It really isn't a FPS to me. It feels like a FP Zelda shooter game. I only wish that the jump button wasn't B and that there needs to be people talking. I'm not saying voice overs, but even some text would do good to hold a story.

The Sun and The Bugs

Okay my sunburn has officially gone away. Everything all of the peeling and everything which I'm glad about. But the mosquito bites are still there because I keep picking at them. Since I've picked at them so much that they have gotten infected. I still haven't stopped picking at them and I don't plan to.

Weird Happenings

Okay GNF has been really weird. I had VJ2 at the 2nd to the bottom of my list and they sent it to me. It also is the third game which has done this. Another thing that's happened is that anytime a game says Short Wait on it they send it to me which I honestly don't get. Another thing that has happened is that everything in my list randomly changed to short wait today. Hopefully that Short wait sending thing kicks in.

I Have No Life

I honestly have no life. The only time I go over to a friends house or anything is about twice a month. The reason for that is two years ago I moved 45 minutes away so that twice a month thing is with my best friend that lives 45 minutes away. Now don't think that I'm a loser for making no friends in two years. I've gone to two different schools in that time. One of which consists of a huge school area because it is a private-esque school. NUAMES which is the name of the school I currently am going to is that school.

My New Favorite Show

The Andy Makonalis show (I think I'm spelling his last name wrong). Now don't get me wrong that I watch MTV because there is only two shows I like on there. Viva La Bam and now this. This show is so freaking hilarious.

PSP

I now have a date set for when I get a PSP. It will be around the 25th of July because that is the date that I get paid. I also wanna buy the UMD Napolean Dynamite for it and THUG 2 Remix.

Sorry for not updating my blog for the couple of days. It's been about four or five days now and I have alot to tell the only person reading.

Resident Evil 4

Okay last Thursday I got RE4 from Gameznflix and I've already beaten it. RE4 is perfect in so many ways that it isn't even funny. It is super super scary though. I played it while I was at my Dad's house because I was bored. I loved it so much best game of the year by far. It is defintely going to get GOTY. I honestly don't think Twilight Princess will be able to beat RE4. I also am going to rent it again when it comes out for the PS2 because I loved it so much.

Area 51

I haven't really played anything else, but I got Area 51 in the mail today from Gameznflix, but haven't gotten around to playing it. Hopefully I like it because I've been looking to pick up a good FPS.

Sun

Wow I hate the sun. I wish it would just blow up already. I wish we lived a couple hundred miles farther away from the sun so I wouldn't get sunburn. Today my two Step bro's dragged me out to the swimming pool place and it was kinda fun except for the fact that I got sunburn. I'm glad my Step bro pushed my in with my shirt on though because I was wearing it the whole time after that and am glad that I didn't get sunburn on my shoulders and crap.

More Games

From Gameznflix since I am returning RE4 and have already sent in LEGO SW. I am going to get Star Fox Assault and probably another good game. What ever is on my list right now.

LEGO Star Wars

Today I got Lego Star Wars from GamezNflix and I'm already almost done with it. It's a bit longer then what I heard from other people because I've already played 4 hours and I'm not even done with the second episode yet. I like how there are so many characters to choose from. I can't wait to unlock Darth Vader and General Grievious. They are probably going to kick ass. I probably am going to rebeat it once I unlock other characters.

Battlefield 2

Today I've played 4 hours of the BF2 demo. I am really loving it and I can't wait to have the full game because now that I've played the demo so much it makes me really, really want the game. So I probably am going to buy it next month once I actually start making money again.

Shipping

I really hate buying things off the internet because of shipping. I would actually rather go pick it up then have it shipped to me. That's one reason I'm not the biggest fan of Gamefly and GamezNflix.

PSP

Next month once I actually start making money again I am going to buy a PSP, a couple UMD movies and THUG 2 Remix. I also am going to repay back my fee to Gamefly because you can rent PSP games and DS games there. I also soon plan to get WiFi, this cool recharging home theater PSP case and a gig memory stick.

Battlefield 2

BF2 is the same old game that it was before. The only thing new about it is the graphics. While I love this game it just feels very, very familiar. Practically nothing has changed from what I can remember. It's just EA trying to get more $$$, but don't get me wrong I don't hate EA. I absolutely love them. They are one of the biggest developers and make alot of good games. Since I've played the demo and all I really want BF2 more then I did yesterday.

More Games

GamezNflix was being gay and all of the original Prince of Persias for every system are all on short wait. So I'm going to have to wait awhile before I get it. Instead of PoP though I'm getting Resident Evil 4 and I still am getting LEGO Star Wars. I should be getting Lego SW tomorrow and RE4 the next day.

I don't really have all that much to talk about well because I don't have any games that I'm playing right now. So ta-ta for now.

Since I have had all of these bites all over me and since they really, really itch. I started to itch them...alot. I've itched them until they've all bled and it feels good, but it hurts at the same time and they won't stop itching. Maybe they'll go away eventually.

Viewtiful Joe

Yesterday I beat VJ and I am really glad. I unlocked Dante, but it isn't that much better to replay it so I only beat the first two chapters with Dante and I sent it back in to GamezNflix. Soon I'm probably going to get VJ2 and I'll probably love that as well.

Tie Fighter

Yesterday my best friend from West Valley came over and slept over. I have this chair in my room that was almost broken because the back was gonna come off and yesterday it completely fell off without any chance of putting it back on. It now looks alot like a Tie Fighter and that is what I'm going to call it from now. It actually is alot more comfortable besides having no back rest anymore.

LEGO and Persia

Today since I turned back in VJ, GamezNflix is sending me LEGO Star Wars which looks really intruiging to me. I also am getting the original Prince of Persia because I loved the half that I played of it and want to get Warrior Withing after and PoP 3.

Battlefield 2

One of my friends that I talk to on Xfire keeps talking about it and talking about it so I said I would download the demo. I'm downloading the demo right now and will probably try it out later tonight or tomorrow because it is a really long file. I probably will buy the game if I like it or Guild Wars.

ICO

Today I finally beat ICO. That game was so epic and it makes me really, really, really want Shadow of The Colossus though, but one thing happened during the end cutscene. It froze right when it was about to end. This exact same thing happened to me when I had DMC and it makes me want to smash my PS2 to pieces, but other then that I absolutely loved the game. I'm just pissed off that Yorda sends you out in a stupid boat and stay there.

Mosquitos and Camping

Okay last night I went camping and hiking with the young men from my church. Yesterday I hiked 3 miles and today I hiked 10. Which killed me BTW, but to top that off there were 50 billion mosquitos everywhere. I had no bug spray and had no tent had to sleep in a sleeping bag outside with all of the mosquitos. I didn't actually notice all of the bites until a couple of hours ago, but there are over 60 bites and they just itch and itch and itch. Me not liking creams didn't want to rub anti-itch cream all over my body. So I'm going to be itching and bleeding from the itching for the next week.

Well me being really, really tired makes me not want to write anymore. So ta-ta for now.

Wow I'm sure creative with the titles of the blogs. [/sarcasm] I really wish I could come up with a really neat title every day. Maybe tomorrow I'll think of a good title. Hmm...I might change today's title if I come up with anything.

It's A Great Day To Be A Gamer

It really is. All of the next gen systems can really make a kid go crazy. For all of you who didn't know (which should be all of you) I have insomnia. Video Game Insomnia to be infact. (I need to create another decent name for that too) My insomnia is caused by video games. One day I finally figured out why I had insomnia and went to a docter and he said that if I want the insomnia to end then I need to quit video games forever. So to myself I'm like WTF?? Because I would rather have insomnia and have both my legs cut off then quit video games. I told him that I wouldn't quit video games for practically anything so he gave me some medicine. The damn medicine doesn't work BTW, but I don't really care. It's a great day to be a gamer and I'm glad I am a gamer at this time.

ICO

I played two more hours of ICO today and I'm really loving it. This is one of my favorite games of all time and it makes me really want Shadow of the Colossus. I still really wish there were some damn NPC's though. I already opened half of the gate and I'm halfway through opening the other half. I honestly didn't think this game would be that short though. I checked on www.gamefaqs.com to see how long it is and it says that I'm almost finished with it. I don't really care if it's short, but as long as it's not as short as Advent Rising and God of War. I got the optional Mace BTW which is the strongest weapon in the game.

Viewtiful Joe

I beat the rest of Chapter 4 today on VJ. That boss fight was really easy though and I didn't die once. IIRC there should be 7 Chapters in VJ so I only have 3 more chapters to go. That doesn't include that I'm going to rebeat it with Dante. Hopefully Dante isn't exactly the same as Joe because if he is that would be pretty stupid. I heard though that with each character that you play with on VJ the story changes just slightly. Nothing big just that the characters change with other characters in their story. Tomorrow hopefully I can beat Chapter 5.

Counter-Strike: Source

Today I've played 2 hours on CS:S. I play on my usual server Green Delta Ninja Knights which I am part of. I love that server so much and #1 is just hilarious. He is the life of that server by having us all stack in a building on top of eachother and what not. I'm glad I can be part of GDNK though.

X-Fire

I finally fixed my Xfire so it says that I'm playing CS:S. I'm so happy. I can now chat during CS:S and play at the same time. I just wish all of my time was on the counter that it counted up though of CS:S.

GamezNflix

A couple of weeks ago I signed up for GamezNflix (a type of thing like GameFly, but I can't go to gamefly anymore due to me not returning a game) and then the next day I changed my mind and wasn't a part of it anymore. Today though I got an email which gave me a special offer where I can have a free 30 day trial and the first two months will only be $14. So tommorow I'm going to sign up for that and I'll be playing more games.

Online Gaming

Next month I probably am going to buy Guild Wars (due to it's free online play and the fact that I want a good MMORPG) and Battlefield 2. The reason I'm getting BF2 though is because one of my online friends keeps talking about it and keeps talking about it which makes me want it. I might not get BF2 though because I wanna try the free demo which comes out tomorrow.

No Blog Tomorrow

There will be no blog tomorrow because I am going on an overnight hike with the young men. Hopefully it won't be too hard and that I won't fall down. So I won't be able to play the BF2 demo until Saturday and I won't update my blog until then unless I get enough time before I go tomorrow.

First Blog

Today is my very first blog. It's real exciting. Not really. Well this is gonna be my video game blog where I talk about what I've done so far in that game. Or it could be anything I want it to be about.

ICO

Today I played two hours in ICO. I really love this game even though it's a complete Zelda rip-off, but it is one of the best Zelda rip-offs out there. It is very innovative by having to keep Princess Lorda with you. This actually was only my second time playing and the first time I only played for about a half an hour. It's kinda eerie though. It scares me by just having ICO and Princess Lorda at the same time. I really wish there were some NPCs so it would become less eerie. I'm right at the spot where you had to climb up the big windmill and jump on the actual spirally part on the windmill then jump to the top.

Viewtifil Joe

I haven't played any VJ today, but I'm halfway through the 4th Chapter. I've beaten VJ before, but on the GameCube and I'm playing it again on the PS2 because Dante is a playable character on it. Wow I must really love Dante because I can't believe I bought VJ again just so I could play him as a character.

Games I'm going to play next.

Next I'm gonna pick up the original Sly Cooper because I really love platformers and I heard this was really good. I'm also gonna pick up the original Prince of Persia because I've only beaten it half way before and I wanted to check out Warrior Within and the third PoP. I also wanna pick up Beyond Good and Evil because it's cheap and I've also heard it was really good.
